The service targets both sellers looking to clear out their home before listing it and buyers who need to get rid of leftover items after purchasing.

    • Removing leftover junk from the home after closing.

Pricing Structure

  • Basic Junk Removal: $300 includes driver, van, and dump fee.
  • Donation Pickup: An additional $25–$50 for coordinating donations to local charities.
